We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Studio Production Artist to produce accurate, compliant assets in a fast-paced pharma advertising environment, ensuring work meets regulatory, brand, and production standards across channels.
This is a freelance position so workload can vary depending how busy we are. Short term and long- term projects are available. Pharma/healthcare experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and deliver production-ready files for print, digital, and multimedia
- Build layouts from approved concepts while maintaining brand consistency
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and MLR guidelines
- Partner with creative and account teams to deliver on time
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Perform QC on typography, layout, and technical specs
- Resize/adapt assets for banners, social, email, and print
- Maintain organized files and version control
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a production artist (agency and/or healthcare/pharma preferred)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid print and digital production/file-prep knowledge
- Familiarity with FDA/pharma regulatory processes (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Able to take direction and implement feedback quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MLR review systems/workflows
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
- Basic motion/interactive skills (e.g., After Effects, Figma)
- Experience with DAM systems
