  • Act as the subject matter expert for all recruitment related practices and activities by:
  • Coordinating full cycle recruitment activities to include developing and posting for job vacancies, conducting prescreens, interviews, background checks, references checks, and participating in the selection process;
  • Establishing  and maintaining strong partnerships with internal clients to deliver solutions, identifying and attracting top talent;
  • Assisting or leading the development of new talent initiatives and sourcing strategies to ensure Skyservice has a suitable pipeline of required candidates/skill sets;
  • Liaising with internal clients to lead/facilitate needs analysis and manpower planning activities to ensure proactive recruitment;
  • Researching/finding and liaising with recruitment agencies where required;
  • Utilizing social media and implementing employment marketing strategies which attract passive job seekers;
  • Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners at offer stage to ensure internal equity and compensation guidelines are being met;
  • Organizing, planning and executing hiring events through local agencies, colleges and universities where required;
  • Promoting and representing Skyservice while facilitating and coordinating annual college/university visits/hiring fairs.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management and/or a minimum of 5 years of direct full cycle recruitment experience in technical and professional level roles;
  • CHRP designation an asset;
  • Possesses strong relationship management, strategic thinking and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Jobvite (ATS) an asset;
  • Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques;
  • Ability to consistently brand Skyservice as an employer of choice to the external market;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • High proficiency with MS Office software;
  • Extremely detail oriented with ability to multi-task and problem solve;
  • Ability to handle pressure while working in a fast paced environment;
  • Capable of meeting strict deadlines;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Bilingualism considered a strong asset (French and English, spoken and written).
