Position Details
- 100% Outpatient Practice
- Shared call across a large provider pool
- 4.5-day work week averaging 22 patients/day
- BC/BE in Pediatrics. Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
- New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch
- Rounding 1 week at a time every 10 weeks
- Level III NICU
- Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
- Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns
- SIGN ON BONUS/FULL BENEFITS including PAID vacation, CME and Sick time off.
- Starting base salary $230,000.00 with high long-term earning potential! Salary does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans
