- SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RNs, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
- SRSMG provides care to patients across San Diego County at 19 clinic sites
- SRS offers a full range of services for convenient, coordinated care across 29 different specialties in medicine

SRSMG has a large dedicated Urgent Care department
- Sites: Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown, Santee, Chula Vista & Otay Ranch (Coming 2025)
- All UC sites open 365 days/year- 8:00am-8:00pm
- Flexible shift options! (6, 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts)
- Part-time physicians are required to work a minimum of 24 hours/month
- Practice a wide spectrum of emergency-based medicine.
- Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacy
- Volume varies, average of 2 patients/hour
- Malpractice & Tail coverage provided paid for by SRSMG

Pay range for board certified physicians: $140.00 to $153.00/ hour
Pay range for board eligible physicians: $135.80 to $148.41/ hour
