Description

The Maintenance II Technician performs repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance tasks on buildings and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems. If you also enjoy partnering with people and are excited about the opportunity to make a difference every day, then this might be for you!
What You Will Do:
  • Assists or accomplishes all maintenance needs in units and common areas of the facility.
  • Performs minor routine repairs in general facility and apartment units.
  • Reports maintenance inventory status.
  • Performs minor modifications, carpentry, and painting work.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication, changing belts, cleaning, filter change, and other projects.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of hand and portable power tools.
  • Performs apartment renovations, including painting, cleaning, and repairing.
  • Conducts inspections and annotates posted log results.
  • Performs on-call duties as assigned.
  • Works independently for shift coverage, as requested.
  • Recognizes and reports concerns regarding residents' physical, mental, and emotional status to supervisor.
