We’re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO and leadership team. You’ll manage complex priorities, build trusted relationships, and bring humor, professionalism, and polish to every interaction. As a bridge between the CEO, Board of Directors, and internal teams, you’ll help ensure our mission of “living well” runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

- Professional & Playful: You relate easily to Board members, residents, and colleagues while maintaining discretion and credibility.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO anticipating needs, managing priorities, and coordinating communications.
- Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors and related committees.
- Prepare professional, visually engaging presentations, reports, and communications.
- Maintain and update the Board Portal for timely access to accurate and organized materials.
- Plan and execute high-stakes meetings, retreats, and quarterly Board sessions.
- Write and edit correspondence and materials that reflect Sequoia Living’s voice and values.
- Support and lead home office administrative staff.
- Handle expenses and sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite or nonprofit leaders.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation design skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Experience managing Board or committee communications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
