Description

Administer and manage our CRM, Marketing Automation, Financial System, and other sales tool integrations. 

Own and deliver the data relating to:

  • Sales pipeline: New and existing business opportunity KPI's, forecasting, pipeline flow and conversion rates, target Account and territory management. 
  • Sales and Marketing productivity: Activity tracking, sales efficiency, and multi-attribution impact.
  • Channel attribution: Track the impact and pipeline contribution from Channel Partners.
  • Customer Success: Track key SLA's and client growth KPIs across the Client lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or other Operations role.
  • Highly knowledgeable of SaaS reporting and measurement across all departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to finetune complex sales processes, system tools, and implementations including Customer and Partner Portals.
  • Ground-floor revs ops experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Account Based Sales and Marketing tools.
  • Has solely managed Salesforce CRM architecture, design principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial tools such as NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo.
  • Experience with Power BI
