We are looking for a Channel Sales Director, APAC to join our team.
What you will be doing:
As Channel Sales Director, APAC at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team.
In support of the Semperis “100% Channel Sales Model” the Channel Sales Director, APAC acts as the primary leader & point of contact for creating & enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) & Distributors (VADs) across East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, and Oceania.
- Provide input and help evolve the Semperis Vigilance Partnership program.
- Recruit & enable carefully focused, mutually profitable partnerships with industry leading consulting, advisory and global system integrator partners.
- Build Partner (channel-sourced) pipeline. Help “Sell With” and “Sell Through” carefully targeted Partners, in close collaboration (overlay) with Semperis field sales in East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, and Oceania.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue & document all partnership activity in SFDC CRM.
- Coordinate & attend Partner joint-marketing events, including in-person & webinar
- Enablement: Conduct training & coordinate education of Partner Sales, Presales & Services Teams
- Evangelize Directory Services Assessment Tool (D-SAT) and leverage to create assessment offerings with targeted firms which drive additional product demand for Semperis
What you will bring to the table:
The qualified candidate will possess recent, verifiable history in creating & enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline with APAC / ANZ, IAM or cybersecurity resellers, including successes with regional & boutique resellers engaged in the CyberRisk and Disaster Recovery market. Compensation based on base salary plus commission (quota attainment).
- Of excellent reputation & 10+ years of relevant channel sales experience with key IAM resellers
- A proven track record of creating and enabling successful monetized reseller partner relationships
- Superlative organizational & communications skills
- Comfortable with carrying an annual quota for Partner-influenced revenue and resale
- Experienced with Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (IAM) channel sales development experience
- Comfortable in a high impact, high visibility role.
