What we are looking for:  

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director, Germany to join our team.   

What you will be doing:  

As a Sales Director at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team. 

The Sales Director will play a fundamental role in accelerating and scaling the territory based on attaining and exceeding revenue goals. 

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements  
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails  
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process  
  • Develop and cultivate relationships at all levels of an organization  
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members and channel partners to develop strategic sales approaches  
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects and customers  
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions  
  • Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to potential clients  
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events  
  • Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary  


What you will bring to the table:  

  • Minimum of 10+ years proven enterprise software sales experience  
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, achieve sales quotas and build a territory.  
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools  
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • “Customer comes first” attitude  

Bonus Points: 

  • Knowledge of identity management systems such as Microsoft Active Directory
