The Role

As the Managed Security Services – Channel Director, you will be responsible for accelerating Semperis’ Managed Security Services offering globally. You will be recruiting new MSSP partners and moving target VAR’s or MSP’s into our security services program. You will work internally with our channel, product management, support, and enablement teams to expand our current offerings.

Your focus will be improving and expanding our MSSP program to drive incremental revenue though this new model. You will be responsible for the MSSP Channel Program in collaboration with Channel, Enterprise, and SMB sales teams. This is hands on role working with the MSSP’s to build a profitable business providing Semperis to their customers.



  • New MSSP recruitment, development, and revenue growth
  • Work internally with stakeholders to expand current offering
  • MSSP Sales Training and Partner Go-to-Market support
  • Support the Channel and Sales teams alignment with MSSP’s
  • Negotiate profitable revenue models with the partners
  • Meet and exceed sales goals


  • Proven track record of building successful MSP/MSSP programs
  • Experience in Partner technical and sales enablement
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience building or managing MSP’s/MSSP’s
  • Domain knowledge in security and cybersecurity trends
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Background in Incident Response is a plus



  • Bachelors or equivalent, graduate degree preferred
