What the role is  

The Chef is the one in charge of the guide, train and evaluates the supervise the kitchen staff in protocol and menu. He keeps all the resources used at the maximum.  


What you will be doing  

Guide, train, evaluate and supervise the staff of the kitchen.
Perform the work according to the established protocol.
Must come to the shift in high hygienic condition.
Kitchen Training expert in the location.
Supervise the Inventory of the Kitchen
Control the FIFO Protocol
Supervise the purchases of the kitchen.
Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.  


What you need for the role  

Must be an Expert on Marketman 
Ability to work under pressure
2+ years of experience
