The Local IT Administrator will provide technical support to end users, and staff, through the right channels, as well as to manage and administer the IT environment of the company, globally, remotelly and locally.

Responsibilities:
- Local and remote networks administration/support;
- Manage cloud platforms like G-Suite, JAMF, Office 365, AWS and others;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Document all interactions in the appropriate ticketing tool;
- Create and design new network, wi-fi and CCTV infrastructures through diagrams and proper/complete support documentation;
- Promote network security measures;
- install and fix hardware issues on site;
- Act as an escalation point of contact for all internal client network, telco, hardware and software issues;

Requirements:
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree or technical course in IT, computer science or related field of study;
- Understanding network infrastructure
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience;
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources;
- Network devices configuration knowledge: routers, gateways, switches, access points;
- VMware, Hyper-V, Azure or AWS general knowledge;
- Office 365 or G-Suite general knowledge;
- Linux, Windows, and OSX operating systems general knowledge;
- Willing to learn and agility skills;
- Good analytical, problem-solving and proactive skills;

Not required, but preferred:
- CCNA or another Networks certification course;
- Experience with UniFi devices;
- Experience with AWS;
- Experience with ITIL;
