Your Impact:
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of DBAs, cultivating a collaborative and high-achieving environment where they can thrive.
- Database Expertise: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated database systems, including SQL Server, SAP SQL Anywhere, or SAP Sybase ASE.
- Performance Optimization: Champion efforts to maximize database performance, resolve intricate issues, and implement strategies that guarantee peak system efficiency.
- Security Guardian: Uphold and enforce robust security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Disaster Recovery: Architect and implement comprehensive backup and recovery plans to mitigate data loss and minimize downtime.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to execute database projects seamlessly, delivering on time and within budget.
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA
- 5+ years of proven success in technical management
- Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including data modeling, normalization, and indexing
- Experience with HA database technologies (SQL AG, SAP MobiLink, SAP Sybase Rep Server)
- Mastery of SQL scripting and query optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
