Content Creator - People Engagement
Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Content Creator to join our People Engagement Promoters“ ("PEP”) Team at RÖDL USA. This role is ideal for a highly creative professional who is very proficient in video creation and editing, thrives in Adobe Creative Suite, and brings fresh, outside‑the‑box ideas to life across digital and social platforms.

- Create, edit, and produce high‑quality video content for recruiting, branding, social media, internal communications, and firm events
- Develop innovative visual storytelling concepts that bring new, creative approaches to how we promote our people, culture, and firm
- Support campus recruiting and firm events through creative visuals, video highlights, and promotional content
- Produce graphic content including marketing materials, invitations, and flyers for external recruiting programs and events
- Maintain and enhance the firm's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create content and serve as part of the editorial team for the bi-monthly firm newsletter
- Assist in all HR efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture
- Support all aspects of campus recruiting initiatives
- Organize and assist in the implementation of RÖDL events, including the annual meetings and trainings
- Coordinate and manage company reward and recognition programs for all firm employees
- Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm
Required Qualifications:
- Strong to very proficient experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with additional content tools such as Canva, Wave, or similar platforms
- Ability to generate innovative, original ideas and think creatively beyond traditional content styles
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in campus recruiting efforts and initiatives
