Summary of Duties:

Responsible for ensuring timely completion and oversight of accounting functions and assisting operations in exceeding the expectations of our clients.  Supports enterprise leaders with Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting information to allow the enterprise team to focus on profit generating activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Revenue - Review customer contracts and ensure timely invoicing and collection of A/R in accordance to contract terms, monthly review of revenue and margin
• Cash Management – Weekly update of cash forecast of sources and uses.

Accounting Close - Participate in monthly close, booking journals, accruals and performing reconciliations.

• Financial Statements - Take ownership of the preparation of accurate and timely accrual basis financial statements including balance sheet, statement of cash flows and P&L
• Capital Projects – Support financial management of capital projects including new manufacturing facilities
• FP&A - Budget/Forecasting - Budget Variance analysis for various types of budgets.
• FP&A - Maintain and perform analysis on key performance indicators.
• Assist Controller with preparation of financial models such as:
  • Scenario planning
  • Capital budgeting
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Cash flow analysis
• Work closely with operational managers to meet financial support needs.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements as required.

Primary Career Level:  Professional

• College/University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a must.
• Strong Excel skills required (Tables, Pivot Tables, Functions, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Public accounting experience a strong plus. CPA or CMA a strong plus.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Vista ERP experience a plus, but not required.
• Capable of independent work, history of continual process improvement in delivery of financial requirements.
