Job Overview
Reveal is a leading AI-powered platform for eDiscovery, document review, legal hold and investigations. We are looking for an internal Corporate Data Analyst to join our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization, and some understanding of finance. This role requires collaboration with many cross-functional teams and will support all corporate functions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with internal departments, to create reporting for departments such as finance, sales, customer success, HR, and R&D (some aggregation across departments is expected). The candidate is expected to work closely with Chief of Staff.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, which may include code creation and development of APIs between PowerBI and the following: Pendo, Netsuite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot, ADP, etc..
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
- Create unified customer data usage tracking system to support upsell/cross-sell motion and create overage data for billing teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and sales data.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to submit and follow-up on data requests to management team to keep project timelines on track.
- Ability to develop basic scripts and applications in python, ruby, or similar language to clean data, connect with disparate sources, etc.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a finance role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar).
