Position: Solutions Advisor
Reports To: Director, Customer Enablement

Job Overview
The Solutions Advisor plays a key role in guiding customers through onboarding, workflow enablement, and ongoing adoption of Reveal solutions. This position blends technical expertise, consultative problem‑solving, and customer‑focused communication to help clients fully leverage the Reveal platform and achieve their operational goals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead customer onboarding, including platform configuration and workflow setup aligned to business objectives.
- Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure customer teams are confident and effective using Reveal.
- Analyze customer eDiscovery processes and recommend workflow improvements based on Reveal capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support customers transitioning from other eDiscovery platforms, helping adapt processes and practices to Reveal.
- Troubleshoot workflow challenges, collaborating with Support and Product teams as needed.
- Educate customers on new features, updates, and recommend best practices.
- Provide product insights based on customer goals and real-world usage.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to deliver seamless post-sales experience.
- Create and deliver custom presentations and workflow demonstrations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and workflow solutions in Gainsight.
- Capture customer feedback, product gaps, and enhancement requests to help drive product improvements.
Characteristics
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experienced in product implementation, integration, and configuration.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience working in eDiscovery platforms or legal technology solutions.
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or other Relativity certifications preferred.

For Illinois-based roles, the budgeted annual salary range is $106,250 to $125,000. Plus, participation in one of our bonus plans. Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
