Position: Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Reports To: Director, Revenue Operations

Location: Hyderabad, India

 

Job Overview

The Revenue Operations Senior Manager plays a crucial role in aligning and optimizing various revenue-generating functions within the business to drive growth, improve efficiencies, and achieve strategic objectives. This critical role works cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to streamline processes, optimize the technology stack, and drive transparency in performance.

A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality with a data-driven approach to analyzing business challenges and results. This professional should be adaptable and open to change, adjusting strategies and as needed.             

Please note that we are onsite five days a week with later hours to maximize overlapping hours with the corporate office in the US. Day/ Afternoon hours are in the office and later evening hours can be worked from home.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and lead a team of revenue operations analysts, and a GTM systems administrator to drive sales efficiency through pipeline analysis, account targeting and prioritization identification, rep performance reporting, churn analysis, and other analyses to improve the performance of the sales organization.
  • Assist the Director, Revenue Operations with various initiatives to drive new business, renew and grow the current customer base, and optimize efficiencies across the organization.
  • Responsible for data integrity for GTM reporting, including but not limited to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).  Analyze and audit the data across system to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Train and develop the team to deliver exceptional, timely, actionable, and insightful deliverables.
  • Manage projects, prioritization, and deadlines to ensure on time delivery of audits, reports, and analysis. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators across sales, customer success, marketing, and finance.
  • Report and analyze sales and marketing strategies and results; recommend changes to optimize performance to grow the sales funnel and accelerate opportunities to close.
  • Assist in business planning, forecasting, and budgeting analysis.
  • Assist leadership to develop and implement growth initiatives to increase the sales pipeline, build the prospect database and achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with leaders in customer success, finance, and marketing to ensure everyone is working off the same data and definitions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, QuickSights, or Tableau.
  • Salesforce knowledge required.
  • SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, banking, consulting, or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team.
