Position: Sales Enablement Manager
Reports To: Revenue Operations Director

Job Overview
Reveal is seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to effectively engage with prospects and close deals. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Director, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, HR, and operations teams to develop enablement programs, drive sales productivity, and support overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales Enablement Strategy:
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge, processes, and tools, and create targeted enablement solutions.
Content Development & Management:
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, including product training guides, sales playbooks, case studies, competitive analysis, and objection-handling documents.
- Ensure that sales content is updated and aligned with the latest product releases, market trends, and industry best practices.
Training & Onboarding:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill development.
- Implement sales certification programs to ensure sales representatives are proficient in product knowledge, sales methodologies, and customer engagement techniques.
Sales Tools & Technology:
- Manage and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve sales productivity.
- Evaluate and implement new sales enablement technologies that enhance the sales process and improve performance.
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of enablement programs and use data-driven insights to continuously refine training and content strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure sales has access to relevant content, product updates, and market insights.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop competitive positioning and enable the sales team to effectively communicate product value to different customer segments.
Sales Playbooks & Process Improvement:
- Develop sales playbooks that outline effective strategies for different sales scenarios, including complex enterprise deals, negotiations, and upsell opportunities.
- Continuously improve sales processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and driving efficiency.
Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS company, ideally within the legal technology or eDiscovery industry.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
