The Role:
 
As a proactive and ambitious Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will report to our US-based Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. You’ll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for investment, asset management, and finance roles across Europe.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Sourcing candidates through various methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Managing the candidate experience, including creating and posting job advertisements and refining role requirements.
  • Coordinating the interview and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitating the offer process, extending verbal offers, and negotiating employment terms.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK and European employment laws, including all screening, hiring, and selection procedures.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop efficient recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Who You Are:
 
You have a solid background in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of filling roles in fast-paced environments. Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous. Additionally, you possess:
 
  • Strong ability to build trust-based, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in making hiring recommendations and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in European employment laws and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and screening methodologies.
Contract Terms:
This is a expected to be a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. You will be based in our London office but may collaborate with teams and candidates across Europe and the US. Our office is in Central London, and you will work a hybrid schedule, with Tuesday - Thursday in office.
