Your focus will include:

  • Supporting property disposition activities, including compiling and delivering diligence materials, document preparation, assistance with closings, and related matters. 
  • Preparing, assembling, obtaining execution, notarizing, sending, and managing documentation for real estate contracts and closings. 
  • Supporting internal and external legal counsel and paralegal activities related to property sales. 
  • Preparing and managing transaction correspondence, and interacting with a variety of business team members and transaction parties. 
  • Performing pre- and post-closing document management, file and database management, and interdepartmental communication activities. 
  • Being a key member of a positive, experienced, and high-performing team. 
What You Need to be Successful:
  • 4+ years of relevant or on-point legal assistant or comparable commercial real estate experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Notary certificate (or willingness and ability to promptly obtain). 
  • Strong computer and document preparation skills, including Outlook, Word, and Adobe.

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $26.34 - $39.93. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
