What You Will Be Working On: 
The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for collaborating with the Predictive Analytics team to leverage data-driven insights to optimize real estate investment strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply analytical skills, collaborate with industry experts, and gain hands-on experience in utilizing advanced analytics to drive informed decision-making in commercial real estate.
 
  • Lead with a hypothesis-driven approach, creating actionable business solutions to real-world challenges.
  • Assist in Real Estate Acquisition/Lease transaction underwriting and collaborate openly and effectively with multiple departments across the company.
  • Assist data science team with research and implementation of advanced models.
  • Interpret results of statistical models for actionable use by the business, including Executive Leadership.
  • Work with data scientists and business stakeholders to design, fine-tune, and interpret data.
  • Provide support on department-wide ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Gather relevant industry information through Industry and Market Reports.
  • Assist in the organization and access of data to perform market and industry specific analysis.
What You Need to Be Successful:
We are looking for a student who will be a rising Senior during the summer of 2024, pursuing a degree focus in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5 to join our Predictive Analytics team with a focus on business intelligence.
  • Solid foundation of economics, math, and/or statistics.
  • Understanding of financial modeling and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with interpreting data by finding patterns and trends.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information and conceptualize solutions.
  • Ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A team player who displays self-confidence, encourages collaboration.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to organize and prioritize work. 
The hourly compensation for this role is in the range of $21.00 - $24.00. Hourly rate determined by the candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, education, and abilities.
