Role Overview

In this role, you will be our clients’ main point of contact to provide them support with our products. This is a highly visible role, where you will have the opportunity to work internally across various teams around the globe and externally with our clients, publishers, brands, and agencies all while making a true impact on our business success.

You will align on client needs, organize their requirements into a clear Scope of Work, and oversee the implementation of the client deliverables across our solutions. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Product, Sales, Account & Technical teams to onboard clients and execute their strategy. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You will focus on HCP365 and eventually become an expert across all of our platforms
  • HCP365 (the first Signal product) is an AWARD-WINNING product having won a Martech Breakthrough Award and a finalist for the PM360 Trailblazer Award. It's the only health analytics and measurement solution that provides a complete, always on view of HCP audience engagement across all digital channels. This gives marketers and researchers unprecedented access to data insights and reporting used to inform and optimize investment decisions.
  • Client Meeting Ownership: Manage a variety of complex client meetings independently or with minimal oversight, including onboarding existing product features, and live troubleshooting.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Establish strong cross-departmental relationships and work closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Product, and Data Science as the strategic liaison between the client and internal technical teams.
  • Technical Integration & Guidance: Partner with the Account Management team and clients on technical integrations for HCP365 products, providing clear technical guidance on client questions and system issues.
  • Meeting Preparation & Authority: Create client meeting agendas, prepare structured talking points, and speak and present with confidence as a subject matter expert on our products.
  • Growth & Opportunity Identification: Help identify new opportunities where our products can better help our clients based on client engagement, platform usage, and direct product feedback.
  • Process & Product Optimization: Identify and proactively present solution-oriented ideas for process improvements, practical operational workflows, and product updates.
  • Risk Assessment & Prioritization: Perform thorough risk assessments of our platforms within your area of responsibility (e.g., thoroughly evaluating bugs and feature requests), while accurately assessing the prioritization and complexity of tasks.
  • Consultative Advisement: Advise and consult clients on best practices, platform optimizations, and strategic recommendations while clearly articulating hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate masterful time management to precisely understand deployment timing as it relates to campaign and issue complexity.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (such as Customer Success, Account Management, pre-sales, or post-sales support) within an adtech environment, including experience supporting large enterprise or international clients.
  • Adtech & Platform Expertise: Deep experience utilizing adtech and measurement platforms, including Google Tag Manager (required), Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads (listed in order of importance), alongside a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Core Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with software development environments, including non-coding experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, paired with the ability to use SQL to query data and pull reporting.
  • Communication & Presentation Mastery: Clear, engaging, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to isolate a client's key business questions, gather requirements, create documentation, and articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Rigor & Troubleshooting: Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, featuring a rigorous attention to detail when analyzing data to ensure absolute accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Mindset: A great team player attitude with a willingness to teach, demonstrate creative thinking, and collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, and commercial departments.
  • AI Productivity Integration: Proven experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or automated workflows) into your daily routine to optimize productivity, streamline technical documentation, and accelerate troubleshooting cycles.
  • Location & Shift Flexibility: Position is based out of our Mumbai office with remote work availability; candidate MUST be able to work and fully cover US Eastern business hours (EST/EDT) to align with our US-based clients and teams.

COMP STRUCTURE & BENEFITS:

  • Comp structure: fixed (inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and a 25k INR medical premium) + a target annual bonus that is approximately 5% of the gross annual earnings. Note that we don’t offer stock options.
