The Product You'll Be Selling:
LIFE BY PULSEPOINT™ is the omnichannel health marketing platform where pharma brands and their agencies plan, activate, analyze, and optimize both HCP and DTC campaigns in one place. It is built on proprietary clinical and behavioral data, deterministic NPI-level identity, and measurement tied to real prescribing and clinical outcomes. You will be selling the full platform: managed and self-service media, our HCP and DTC audience and data capabilities, and our omnichannel activation and measurement suite.
About the Role:
This is a senior role. You will inherit and grow an established book across a major holding-company agency ecosystem, with a portfolio spanning Publicis (Publicis Health / PHM), Real Chemistry, and Pfizer. Exact accounts will be finalized with the pod lead. This is not a build-from-scratch role. You are stepping into active, growing relationships that require senior, multi-threaded ownership from day one, partnering closely with Casey Carden as she leads the pod.
The accounts on this pod are large, expanding, and increasingly complex. We need a proven seller who can defend and grow this business against active competition, operate as a senior peer on the team, and carry the relationships independently.
What You'll Do:
Own, retain, and grow an established book across Publicis, Real Chemistry, Pfizer, and related accounts.
Build and maintain multi-threaded, senior relationships across both pharma manufacturers and agencies.
Lead consultative conversations that translate client objectives into platform strategies across HCP and DTC, media and data.
Win early in the planning cycle, so we are present when budgets are set, not just when RFPs are written.
Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying and closing expansion opportunities within the book.
Partner with the pod lead, account management, platform operations, and product to deliver for these clients as one team.
Represent PulsePoint's full omnichannel and data story, and bring the broader Internet Brands ecosystem (Medscape, WebMD) where the opportunity calls for it.
What We're Looking For:
A top performer currently succeeding in a comparable role. We are targeting people who are winning where they are, not people between jobs or looking to move after a short stint.
At least 3 years in their current role.
Both health and programmatic experience. This is non-negotiable. The person must understand the pharma/HCP/DTC vertical and know how to sell programmatic technology.
A track record of consultative, platform, and programmatic selling into pharma brands and major health agencies.
Existing senior relationships across pharma manufacturers and agencies in the health vertical.
The ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder relationships independently and grow them, not ramp into them.
A consultative operator who leads with insight and a clear point of view on what the platform can do for a client's specific goals.
What Success Looks Like:
Retention and growth of the inherited book, expansion into the growing areas of Publicis, Real Chemistry, and Pfizer, and senior relationships strong enough that this business is defended and expanded even as competitors pursue it. You operate as a senior peer to the pod lead, requiring direction on priorities rather than day-to-day management.
