Role Overview
The Supply partner management team is an integral component to servicing PulsePoint’s DSP. The Partner Manager position will own a book of approximately 15-25 mid-size SSPs and/or publishers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong client-facing background and prior digital account management/campaign management experience at an adtech company, or from the media agency partner side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and stewardship of your book of business. Including managing external partner communication via email and video calls, leading partner status meetings and engaging partners in QBR’s (quarterly business reviews).
- Manage communication internally with other departments (i.e.: technical partner management, supply quality, supply analytics, our internal DSP and finance) as it relates to your partners including troubleshooting, fielding questions, etc to provide guidance and answers to partners in a timely manner.
- Analyzing performance for your partners to understand how changes a partner or Pulsepoint made can impact performance metrics such as CPM, win rate, efficiency, etc.
- Understand our strategy and why we make adjustments based on industry trends and recommend changes to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Be the subject matter expert on topics that are relevant to your partners.
- Proficiency in traditional formats (display, video, app, native, etc.). Experience in CTV, Audio, DOOH, and Endemic Healthcare is a plus.
- Independent learner, resourceful, highly detail-oriented
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Help out with responding to inquiries to the team alias as needed
- Provide feedback in internal meetings to better our processes
- Share best practices for your partners to promote growth across the department.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a client-facing Account Management, Customer Success, Client Service, or Media Planning role preferred
- Willingness to try new things and with a great attitude
- An interest in online advertising and/or technology
- Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and best practices in a fast-moving environment.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Microsoft Excel / Office and/or Google Suite
- Experience with reporting tools Tableau or Looker (preferred but not required).
- Navigate complex requests by leveraging cross-team collaboration and past experience.
Time zone:
- 9am-6pm ET preferred, but also open to PT/MT/CT hours

Salary Range: $72-$80k base + $3.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
