Director of Product, EU Programmatic
We are looking for a Director of Product, EU Programmatic to join our brilliant Product team! You will lead all product efforts for the EU - Your mission is to bring Life & Signal to the EU, establish product-market fit, and continually innovate Life and Signal as the leading health activation and insights platforms in the EU by leveraging the data and technologies from the core platforms:
- Relentlessly pursue increased adoption of our platforms in the EU by listening to user feedback and ideating new ways to help clients achieve their goals
- Constantly monitor both user feedback and product usage to better understand how our clients use the platform today and where we can make improvements
- Own increasing adoption of new capabilities in Life & Signal in the EU and ensure that all users continue to love our platforms

At PulsePoint, Product Managers have five primary responsibilities:
- Innovate and ideate with a constant focus on building new data-driven products that drive a sustained and competitive differentiation for PulsePoint in the market.
- Articulate the vision in a compelling business case
- Translate business strategy into the product roadmap, making critical decisions about what features to build and what order to build them in
- Collaborate and communicate with various technical and business teams to launch seamlessly, collecting feedback from other teams & clients and integrating that feedback back into the roadmap
- And finally work with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling positioning, value proposition and selling tools
An excellent PM at PulsePoint is one that keeps in mind the long-term vision of the product while driving short term results, has the customer intuition to get there, and has the authority/integrity to lead the team along the way – very much a mini CEO when it’s done right.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Work with EU commercial leadership to develop a clear vision for competitive EU versions of our platforms
- Work with Medscape Account Management and Operations teams to collect user feedback
- Work with UX team to design new features and updates
- Write and manage user stories for engineers to build your enhancements
- Train Operations teams on how to use new features and track adoption through product usage suite
What you can look forward to accomplishing:
- Establish a clear roadmap for a Medscape audience extension product suite based on the Life platform
- Establish the roadmap for self-serve Life in the EU, including appropriate considerations for currency, localization, time zones, etc.
- Align and execute on development plan for Signal in the EU
How your success will be measured:
- Date of first $500k EU revenue based on Life & Signal technologies
- Retention rate of clients
- NPS scores
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4-6 years experience product managing an EU adtech product
- Programmatic platform (DSP, DMP, ad server) experience required
- Analytical approach to matrix prioritization and revenue-focused roadmap planning
- Health experience a plus
- Note that you’ll be collaborating regularly with team members based in the New York time zone so might be taking late calls on some days
