Product Marketing Manager
You will help shape the product marketing function at a rapidly growing company serving healthcare marketers across agencies, pharmaceutical and medical device brands, and broader healthcare organizations. In this role, you will drive adoption and retention of PulsePoint’s programmatic and analytics solutions through clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and an impactful go-to-market strategy. Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will enhance customer experience, strengthen sales enablement, and deliver actionable competitive insights.

What you'll be doing:
- Act as the voice of the customer/end-user by partnering closely with Sales and Trading teams to uncover insights, shape ICPs, and identify market opportunities
- Lead product and feature launches from positioning through enablement, ensuring teams are confident and market-ready
- Turn platform capabilities and performance insights into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption
- Develop high-impact sales materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks) that highlight differentiation and best practices
- Use data, competitive insights, and AI tools to continuously refine messaging, improve go-to-market strategy, and support revenue growth
What we want you to bring to the table:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B technology company
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and/or digital media strategy
- Experience as a trader, campaign manager, buyer, or DSP/platform user is a strong plus
- Healthcare or pharma media experience preferred (agency or in-house)
- Comfort using AI tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Claude, Gemini, etc)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging

Target salary range: $115-127k base salary + 11.5-12k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
