Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our awesome UX team! 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with product leadership to develop short- and long-term product vision, translate business strategy into tangible product concepts, and present them to key clients.
  • Create and communicate design solutions using wireframes, mock-ups, and dynamic prototypes.
  • Design and optimize user journeys across the suite of existing products, integrate new products into these workflows to achieve business goals and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Make and articulate decisions on balancing the needs of the user with the needs of the business. Rationalize and defend these decisions.
  • Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Own UX related functionality and features, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, write related user stories, work with Engineering and QA team to ensure seamless delivery, participate in UAT and go-to-market activities.
  • Define, track and analyze KPIs and OKRs that would reflect success of the designed and delivered features from the UX standpoint.
  • Lead and mentor middle and junior designers assigned on the same project

What we’re looking for:

    • 4–7 year experience as a Product Designer, at least some experience as an in-house experience at a product-based company
    • Minimum 2 years experience designing B2B products
    • Strong technical knowledge of the modern web-based Front-End technologies
    • Bonus points for experience designing SaaS products
    • Bonus points for experience in digital marketing, financial trading
    • Portfolio of end-to-end design projects (ideation through delivery): Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume and relevant UX case studies
    • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma and InVision
    • Ability to take feedback and iterate on the solution
    • Good time-management skills
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Must be willing and able to work East Coast hours (9am-6pm ET)
