If you are a well-rounded digital marketing professional with experience within strategic demand and lead generation who quickly adapts to fast changing market conditions, come join us. We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team and support our Developer Tooling product portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Strategically own the design, execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between the Go-to-Market teams (Product Marketing, Strategic Awareness and Sales) to design multi-channel campaigns that support the Go-to-Market strategy.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting and results of the marketing campaigns.
- Work with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, product messaging and key assets.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Strategic Awareness to ensure the planning and creation of content needed for programs for every stage of the buyer journey
- Collaborate with the Web & Ecommerce Manager on designing business requirements for improvements in the web journeys
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital Analytics and Growth teams to optimize the end-to-end marketing and sales funnel, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools across the marketing lifecycle, driving efficiency, improving performance, and integrating AI into campaign workflows with sound judgment and accountability
- Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) to support successful execution of marketing activities.
- Influence strategy and continuous campaigns improvement by delivering actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and introducing innovative programs that enhance demand generation performance at scale.
Your background:
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and 5+ years of experience in managing SEO/SEM, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns
- Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to the Go-to-Market strategy
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales
- Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines.
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, self-drive and attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market environment, demonstrating agility and the ability to quickly adapt strategies and execution in response to changing business needs and market dynamics.
