Senior Project Coordinator (Salesforce)
Description
As a Senior Project Coordinator (Salesforce), you will plan and implement project reporting requirements utilizing Salesforce/FSL, execute performance reviews of markets and/or processes, and lead service transition initiatives. This includes coordinating project schedules, identifying risks, performing root cause analyses, and clearly communicating goals to stakeholders.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Develop new initiatives proactively and under our client's direction for network operations & maintenance process improvements.
- Drive programs across product areas, showing leadership and influence across teams.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality control standard for reporting project metrics.
- Prepare presentations using Salesforce/FSL data and review input from the Finance team.
- Project manage the monthly market performance reviews.
- Take notes/AIs from meetings.
- Lead cross-functional projects to execute Ais.
- Facilitate Salesforce reporting and enhancements.
- Project Manage intake for FSL enhancement requests.
- Support end users through customized reporting, data analysis, etc.
- Project manage routing rule updates.
- Project manage internal programs.
- Assist in leading service transition initiatives.
- New processes, tools, and service support from design through BAU.
- Non-reimbursable relocations.
- Review quotes and work with the program lead on getting approvals.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce
- Reporting - Creating reports in Salesforce/FSL.
- Understanding of routing rules in Salesforce/FSL.
- Ability to create enhancement requests from end users.
- Strong understanding of FTTH networks and operation.
- Planned maintenance, relocations, etc.
- xPON, DWDM.
- Analytics
- Ability to review data and identify areas of underperformance.
- Root cause analysis.
- Understanding of financial reporting and ability to translate cost pressures into opportunities for improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exemplary communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to represent your project from business, product, and technical perspectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Three years of experience with FTTx operations and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite, including drive, docs, sheets, slides, and presentations.
- Excellent time management.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are critical to success in this role.
