Role Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Quality Control Specialists, ensuring that all company products meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be essential in monitoring live casino operations, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate Quality Control staff and daily operations.
- Enforce company quality standards and QC policies for Live Casino products.
- Manage team performance, motivation, coaching, and disciplinary cases.
- Oversee workflow alignment across departments and ensure procedural adherence.
- Maintain and update internal documentation, databases, and reports.
- Analyze trends, propose improvements, and generate required reports for management.
- Ensure workload completion per approved KPIs through regular monitoring.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee expectations, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
- Participate in team and management meetings, promoting a positive work environment.
- Update and maintain inventory, live tables reports, and presenter activity records.
- Respond to emails within 48 hours and provide monthly feedback to senior staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control or similar roles, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant quality monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in English with strong reporting and documentation abilities.
