• Provide immediate assistance and guidance to WFM specialists, acting as the first point of contact for escalations and monitoring intraday staffing, attendance, and adherence.
• Supervise and support WFM specialists, ensuring clear communication between shifts, WFM, and other departments, while sharing real-time updates and handover reports.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for the workforce management team.
• Track performance metrics, offer feedback for continuous improvement, and conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Identify, report, and escalate unresolved issues to management while ensuring all relevant updates are communicated.
• Generate reports required by upper management and manage projects and deadlines set by direct managers.
• Encourage continuous learning, professional development, and a culture of improvement within the team.

What makes you a strong candidate:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Workforce Management Specialist.
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Package and excellent understanding of workforce management software;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong interpersonal talents and attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
• Excellent business communication skills;
