Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: 110-125k + bonus
Summary
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio and working closely with the Operations team to ensure all day-to-day client's needs are met. You will consistently be in direct contact with the property managers/clients to discuss and resolve complaints/issues while maintaining a professional relationship with our clients and our teams.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team by defining clear goals that complement Planned Building Services Core Values.
- Have a solid understanding of each client site, the specific needs, and team schedules.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on projects. Communicate potential risks proactively with Senior Management.
- Interview, hire and train new associates.
- Partner with property management to strategically plan for location startups and facilitate major changes.
- Complete site tours regularly and meet with the management on a consistent basis.
- Monitor performance and any applicable corrective action across all your sites.
- Manage all budgets for each site and across your area with a disciplined approach.
- Ensure customer success through high-quality placements and excellent client service.
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Focus and retention – ensure consistent satisfaction, and seamless business transitions.
- Accessible to the clients, our management team, and your associates at all times – respond to and handle emergency situations as required.
- Manage staff in accordance company policies and all applicable federal/state laws, including the Employee Handbook, Safety Procedures and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- Ability to pass written exam for PPO license upon hire
- 8+ years’ experience in a field supervisory or management level position, previous security, maintenance, janitorial and/or operations experience- preferred.
- 1 year experience totaling 2,000+ hours worked as a patrolman, guard, watchman, or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage associates in multiple sites.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and disciplining.
- Possess excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English language; second language a plus.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, courteous and professional.
- Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Solid understanding of MS Office.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
