What you'll do
The Lead Cook is responsible for the oversight of all kitchen operations.  This position supports the goals and objectives of Central Food Services a division of Pioneer Enterprises.  The Lead Cook is responsible for executing the menu designed specifically for our clients that has been approved by the administration of the facility and the kitchen manager/Director.  Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:  monthly inventory, weekly food ordering, scheduling, staff oversight, customer service, food preparation, delivery of meals to residents of the facility and consistent communication with the CFS kitchen manager and facility administration.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Food Handler’s card
• Communicate clearly in English
• Experienced commercial cook in large quantity meal setting (hospital, cafeteria, retirement home, etc.)
