NetSuite Solution Architect

Peloton is looking to expand our financial management solution capabilities. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in automating core finance and accounting processes through NetSuite.  Specific modules of interest include ERP, Planning & Budgeting, and Projects Planning. Individuals would be responsible for leading the successful delivery of NetSuite solutions and deliverables for clients across the country.

The right candidate will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop and drive the growth of our NetSuite practice. Chosen candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. In addition to project delivery this individual will support sales, demo applications, hiring initiatives, and the overall team development.


The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide professional and effective functional or technical consulting services to our clients, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the NetSuite Practice. This includes:

  • Partner with our go-to-market team and provide support across sales and product demos
  • Play an active role in the hiring process for new team members
  • Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale NetSuite solutions
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Recommending roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models
  • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
  • Develop model documentation
  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions
  • Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
  • Managing a project and project team members
  • Mentoring team members in their career development
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
  • Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect
  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
  • Advanced in system architecture, object-oriented design, web frameworks and patterns, Microsoft excel, and financial modeling
  • Subject matter expertise in NetSuite – ERP, Planning & Budgeting, and Projects (Open Air)
  • Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
  • Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
  • Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
  • Ability to travel within the United States
