Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Director to play a hands-on role with an ability to lead and manage a fast-growing team of functional consultants.  The role will be based in our Hyderabad office location which is a new location we moved to for 2022 that offers many individual workstations, meeting spaces, lounge areas, and other facilities such as a gym and coffee shop.    
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship for India based Oracle Cloud Functional consultants.
  • Act as Oracle Functional Lead on projects supporting the US region:  gather and document project requirements from each of the business areas, design and document business flows and processes, and lead a team of 60+ Oracle Applications Consultants. The role will be a mix between management of resources and hands-on technical/functional leadership of projects.
  • Identify and understand issues/risks that develop; escalate appropriately within teams, across functions, and across teams; design mitigation plans and champion adoption to bring to close; report on impact to project costs and timeline.
  • Drive project governance, including critical cross-functional and cross-departmental interactions.
  • Take a pragmatic approach to process improvement, identifying risks and actively managing scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Work with business teams to identify, manage, and coordinate data strategy and integration dependencies.
  • Coordinate and schedule all meetings, including critical cross-functional and cross-departmental interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes; influence business to adopt those ideas.
  • Support pre-sales efforts in scoping and designing solutions for clients.
Required Experience & Skills: 
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of hands-on Oracle ERP/SCM implementation experience with at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience leading and delivering successful projects in a multi-pillar capacity.
  • Candidate should strong hands-on experience in core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and/or Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Pricing, Order Management).
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience leading teams of 30+ resources, with ability to provide mentorship and training to others.
  • Experience leading all aspects of ERP systems integration technologies (Internal and External systems) and infrastructure.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 
  • Must be detail-oriented, have an ownership mentality, handle complex problems, require minimal direction, and be able to work within a multiple Business Unit setting.
  • Knowledgeable in both Waterfall and Agile project management
  • Understanding of change management methodologies
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work with a broad spectrum of personalities.
  • Should have experience working in Onsite Offshore model.
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud and/or PMP desirable
