We are actively seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong work ethic who can work as part of Peloton’s People Services Global team.  This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and experienced recruiting professional to contribute to a rapidly-growing consulting firm and help us to build our Global presence.   The Technical Recruiter will work directly with the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure that job requirements are met by identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent efficiently and effectively to meet Peloton’s dynamic business needs.   
  
Responsibilities:  
  
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment on a wide range of roles including, but not limited to; Professional Services, Technology and Finance.
  • Creatively source and identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing and referrals.
  • Excel in passive and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates to build a robust pipeline.
  • Coordinate the interview process with both onshore and offshore teams and act as a liaison for all persons involved within the hiring process.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent to improve our overall pipeline strength. 
  • Monitor and manage candidate applications within our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, as well as other members of the People Services team, to ensure a high quality delivery function.
  • Act as an ambassador of culture, value, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate as necessary.
  
Required Experience:  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in Technology space.  Mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience is okay.
  • Experience sourcing active and passive candidates by using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques and other creative initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing and sourcing multiple openings at one time.
  • Experience coordinating an interview process with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as working through the entire Recruiting Life Cycle.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experienced and adept with the use of technology in workflow, such as the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and with the passionate to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • ERP Hiring experience is an added advantage
