Description

The GTM Enablement team owns onboarding, skill development, and ongoing learning for external-facing employees.  
 
A highly motivated and experienced GTM enablement leader will join our team, focusing on enabling our Sales and Customer Success teams to excel in their roles. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring our external-facing teams are well-equipped to guide our prospects and clients with Payscale. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record of developing effective enablement strategies, tools, training, and metrics to enhance performance and drive value for our customers. 
 
The expectations of this role are as follows: 
  • Oversee and nurture a high-performing team of trainers. 
  • Empower the GTM enablement team to develop and deliver comprehensive GTM enablement, supporting upskilling and technical expertise.  
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly. 
  • Conduct regular assessments and certifications to ensure that GTM team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 
  • Proactively gather feedback from cross-functional leadership and key stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs. 
  • Own readouts to the leadership of team progress and roadmap. 
  • Serve as a visionary leader across the company, offering guidance and inspiration to teams amid periods of change and uncertainty. 
  • Create and curate a repository of resources, including training materials, playbooks, best practices, and product knowledge, to support the ongoing development of prospect and customer-facing teams. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and customer needs, ensuring that enablement materials are up-to-date and relevant. 
Desired Qualifications: 
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment, with a strong track record of developing effective enablement strategies, tools, and training. 
  • 2+ years in team management. 
  • In-depth understanding of Sales methodologies, best practices, and key performance indicators. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines with your team. 
  • Proficiency in utilizing training and enablement technologies and tools. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions. 
  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to develop innovative enablement solutions. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field. 

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $113,800 - $170,800, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 15%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Location
