The Job at a Glance
The Pricing Specialist will partner with both in-house sales personnel and business segment leadership to setup and maintain customer pricing. You will lead implementation, troubleshooting and training on daily pricing functionality. Partnering with our leaders to provide guidance on growth and margin efficiency on pricing initiatives. You will be a subject matter expert in the execution and maintenance of our pricing engine and actionable business intelligence.
A Typical Day
- Partner with business leaders to maintain and execute pricing agreements.
- Troubleshoot and support resolution of pricing issues and questions.
- Analyzing large data sets from various sources to develop insights into pricing strategies and trends.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute pricing offerings to increase segment penetration and attract new customers.
- Develop process improvements to assist in the execution, accuracy, and reporting of pricing initiatives.
- Understanding and navigating a complex and overlapping contractual agreement landscape
- Drive continuous improvement by automating, refining, and implementing business intelligence solutions to replace manual efforts, provide new and faster business insights, and improve efficiencies
- Facilitate ad hoc data-needs for strategic company initiatives
To Land This Opportunity
- You have experience in an analytical data role and providing sales enablement support.
- You have experience in SAP, SAP S4HANA, MS, SQL, Excel, Access, Sales Force or other data visualization tools.
- You enjoy and have a history of analyzing data, troubleshooting, identifying trends, summarizing findings, providing recommendations and can demonstrate quantitative decision-making skills
- You’re an all-star communicator, fluent in English (both written and verbal), with proven decision-making skills
- You can work Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm (CST)
- It’s a plus if you have a BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields

The salary range for this role is $55,894 - $74,787 annually ($26.87-$35.95 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
