The Job at a Glance
The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business teams and the Salesforce platform, translating needs and requests into clear, actionable solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders across CX, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and other teams to gather requirements, document business processes, communicate project status, and support solution delivery. The Salesforce Business Analyst helps ensure our Salesforce ecosystem continues to scale with the needs of the business while playing a key role in roadmap execution, enabling efficient operations, driving adoption, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment.
A Typical Day
- Partner with stakeholders across CX, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and other teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear Salesforce user stories and documentation
- Facilitate discovery sessions and document current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
- Collaborate with Salesforce team and partners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions align with business needs
- Support solution delivery by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking feedback, communicating project updates/status, and helping ensure successful releases
- Help manage the Salesforce request backlog by organizing incoming work, providing business context, and supporting prioritization aligned to the platform roadmap
To Land This Opportunity
- You bring 2-3+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an Admin, Product Owner, or similar role translating business needs into technical solutions
- You have experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and documenting business processes in a structured way that enables technical teams to deliver efficiently
- You are comfortable facilitating conversations with cross-functional stakeholders and can translate complex operational needs into clear platform requirements
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud and how they support customer service and operational workflows
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- You are curious and solutions-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and increase platform adoption
- You enjoy working collaboratively with administrators, developers, and business teams to bring ideas to life

The salary range for this role is $68,957.00 - $89,549.00 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
