Performance Chrysler is looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Support the General Manager with planning, forecasting, and achieving department goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sales performance within assigned targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and results.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, address challenges, and maintain morale.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of Sales Consultants.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor department performance using sales metrics, forecasts, and productivity reports.
- Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, including, but not limited to, the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA), the Employment Standards Act (ESA), and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Perform administrative duties, including collections support and other tasks as assigned.
- Work in strict compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Other duties as required by management.
What do you need to succeed?
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
- Experience in the retail sales of motor vehicles.
- 2-3 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is required.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Ability to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage stress and work with tight deadlines.
- Highly self motivated and directed.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings***
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
