About the Team
The Nutanix Professional Services team strongly influences the success of each Nutanix implementation. Engaging with customers in pre- and post-sales stages, the team helps define their software-defined data center (SDDC) strategy and architecture. Besides ensuring successful implementations of Nutanix products, the Professional Services team works closely with partners to guarantee that customers fully realize their virtualized environments. The function includes assessment, design, implementation, integration, automation services, and project management in a highly collaborative setting.
You will report directly to Ron van Asperen and the wider Professional Services leadership team. The leadership style here emphasizes autonomy, trust, and continuous technical mentorship. We believe in empowering our consultants to take ownership of their client engagements while providing a robust support system of peer experts. Our managers focus on removing roadblocks and fostering an atmosphere of continuous learning, ensuring you have the resources needed to thrive in complex technical deployments.
While this position is primarily remote, travel may be required based on specific business needs and client project deployments, typically demanding occasional travel to high-security or strategic client locations to ensure successful integration and implementation.
Your Role
Implement scalable AI and NKP infrastructure solutions on Nutanix HCI platforms, tailored to customer requirements.
Advise clients on best practices for configuring Kubernetes for efficient management of workloads.
Develop and maintain documentation for solution configurations, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Engage with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for their AI and NKP infrastructures.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in implementing infrastructure for data-intensive workloads (AI workload experience is a plus).
Strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes and experience with GPU acceleration technologies.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Active Top Secret Clearance is a strong plus.
Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms is a strong plus.
