At Nutanix, our people are our most critical asset, and we believe in taking care of them so they can do their best work. We are looking for a Benefits Program Manager to take primary ownership of our Benefits plans across LATAM and Canada, while also driving Global Wellbeing programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced benefits professional who balances strategic planning with day-to-day execution to improve the employee experience. You'll own complex regional programs, identify opportunities to improve and scale how we deliver benefits, and influence decisions through data, insights, and deep subject matter expertise.

What You Will Do:

  • Own Regional Benefits: Design, manage, and continuously evolve core benefits programs across LATAM and Canada, aligning with Nutanix’s global Total Rewards philosophy. Execute renewal strategies, drive vendor optimization, improve operational process, and handle complex policy and program updates.

  • Advance Global Wellbeing Programs: Enhance global wellbeing programs to support employees' overall wellbeing. Hands on management of program operations, reporting, engaging communications, enablement, and governance. Partner cross-functionally to integrate wellbeing into the broader employee experience. 

  • Drive Strategic Program Improvements: Evaluate benefits and wellbeing programs to identify opportunities to better support employees and meet changing business needs. Use data, feedback, and market trends to recommend and implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and program effectiveness.

  • Manage Complex Projects: Drive and execute complex, cross-functional projects requiring coordination across the business. 

  • Optimize and Scale: Manage external partners and vendors end-to-end, holding them accountable on service levels, proactively addressing operational issues, and leading vendor selections or RFPs when needed.

  • Build Connection & Growth: Core team member of the AMER benefits team with a key role in the U.S. open enrollment project. Partner closely with internal stakeholders in support other U.S. benefit programs and projects as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive benefits program management experience, including direct experience managing regional benefit plans. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and according to policy and law. Proficiency across multiple business software tools. 

  • Benefits Expertise: Solid understanding of international benefits administration, vendor management, compliance, and strategy, along with experience navigating regional differences across multiple countries. 

  • Wellbeing Expertise: Demonstrated strategic mindset to expand and scale impact-driven multi-country corporate wellbeing initiatives, with the drive to adapt and optimize engagement strategies across global regions.

  • Communication & Influence: Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences across the organization and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities. Experience 

  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced experience in combining complex data points from various sources for easy understanding, conducting audits, and translating metrics into clear executive narratives. 

  • Curious Approach: Actively seeks to understand the "why" behind outcomes, questioning assumptions, and exploring whether there is a better way to improve programs, processes, and the employee experience. Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

  • Project & Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, end-to-end projects, maintaining processes and procedures with minimal supervision while driving cross-functional alignment.

  • Languages: Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. This role is also available remotely.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $121,000 and USD $ 241,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
