People Business Partner
- Support the newly elected workers council with ongoing activities and employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales and wider teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Engage in and overall talent strategy for the Central Europe region focusing on improving employee experience strategies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
- Utilize technology and data analysis for reporting and decision-making to enhance HR processes.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting a solution-oriented mindset among team members.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencing leadership on the importance of HR.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives, contributing to both local and international goals.
- Adapt to organizational changes and support continuous growth and learning within the team.
- Minimum five years of experience as an HR adviser, consultant, or people business partner.
- Experience with employee relations (ER) and workers' council matters.
- Strong consultation skills and ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mentality and growth mindset, adaptable to change.
- Interest in technology and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple initiatives.
- High energy with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Ability to support a hybrid work model while promoting collaboration and engagement.
