We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and creative Financial Analyst to support our company in the Financial functions. You will be part of our Noventiq Costa Rica team.
  

Mission:
  

We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team and collaborate in the business process improvement and maintain the tools that will handle requests for bills, payments and general accounting, also to generate Excel reports.
The candidate should have a background in finance, with experience in Billing and Collection.  


Responsibilities:
  

  • Preparation of weekly payments on bank payment platforms
  • Support in payment to suppliers.
  • Record of Expenses and Allocations to cost centers.
  • Bank reconciliation and registrations.
  • Accounting records of costs and expenses

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Minimum 2 years holding similar positions.
  • Experience with NetSuite or ERP knowledge
  • Communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • English.
  • Certified Private Accountant (CPI) license.
