Description

We’re looking for SMB/ CSP Lead (Sales) to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines.

You will be responsible to achieve your quota to be delivered through SMB (Small Medium Business) / CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Sales Team in Malaysia. You must have proven knowledge about local SMB market specificity with experiences in management sales teams’ selling cloud-built solutions and SaaS to support and drive SMB customers digital transformation.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, land, and execute SMB / CSP strategy built on identified market opportunities, to deliver and exceed SMB / CSP sales targets, and to drive customers profitable acquisitions and churn prevention.  
  • Build, develop and lead Inside Sales team across the region, maintain its knowledge, and drive awareness to help the team to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers in the region.
  • Work closely with company central and regional stakeholders, and strategic Vendors to build and land aligned sales and GTM plans and programs to drive growth across SMB segment.
  • Own end to end and manage SMB / CSP sales process to support and drive automated, intelligent leads generation, pipe management, forecasting and customers acquisitions. 
  • Identify gaps in solutions portfolio offered to SMB / CSP customers, initiate and support developing and publishing new solutions built and developed to meet customers’ demand.
  • Integrate Vendors programs and their sales plays to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.
  • Manage consistent ROB.

Profile requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing Inside Sales (Small business segmentation) / Sales teams.
  • 2+ years public Cloud and SaaS selling experience, Microsoft experience is preferable.
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship development and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in building and landing sales and marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Business development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • University degree
  • Language: fluent communication in English
