What you'll do:
- Solution Architecture & Development:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data and AI solutions on Azure.
- Lead the development and integration of AI and machine learning models into business processes.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and technology strategy.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Azure Data & AI specialists.
- Facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Go-To-Market & Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute GTM strategies.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop thought leadership materials and participate in industry events.
- Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery:
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Azure certifications, such as Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Service Fabric for building and managing microservices and containerized applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, including understanding its features, applications, and integration with Azure services
- Experience with open-source databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and their integration with Azure services.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates.
- Familiarity with Azure security and governance models, including Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, and Azure Security Center.
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Proficiency in Azure cost management and optimization strategies.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
About You:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Azure cloud services, Data Engineering, and AI/ML technologies, including:
- Proficiency in Azure data services like Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Stream Analytics.
- Experience with Azure AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automation of cloud deployments.
- Demonstrated experience in migration strategies and tools for moving legacy systems to Azure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies.
