We’re looking for Inside Sales Representative at Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales team. 

 

Job Overview:   

This role is to produce high-quality leads and opportunities and work as a team towards agreed-set targets and profitability goals. Besides, providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to efficiently, professionally, and timely. This role reports to Sales Lead/Manager.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales process, Identifying and creating sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing the sales
  • Be involved in providing initiate and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest in software solutions
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.

Profile requirements: 

  • At least 2 years experience in sales/telesales if from the IT industry is preferred.
  • Being familiar with a telemarketing role, in the IT industry is preferable
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Own telephone skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
  • Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
  • Creative thinking "outside of the box"
