We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Services Sales team. 

Job Overview: Cloud Solution Architect provides a unique opportunity to enable transformational change in customer journey to the cloud. Winning technical solution that tightly aligns with our customers’ desired outcomes, industry best practices, and emerging innovative technologies. CSA works with solutions sales, business development managers, account managers, and delivery teams for high-value enterprises & corporations in the market, providing leadership on cloud infrastructure assessment, readiness, overall value proposition, and deal technical strategy.

 

What you’ll do: 

• Work on customer requirements and provide cost-effective technical solutions to meet those requirements.
• Preparing technical & commercial requirements based on requests for information (RFI) & requests for proposals (RFP).
• Understand client business goals and outcomes and align the company solutions to the client’s end-to-end architectural framework.
• Design cloud-based solutions Design cloud architecture and complete plans and specifications to develop solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products/services, applications, and solutions
• Drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluate their performance and implement enhancements
• Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data, and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
• Develops specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
• Migrate and modernize applications to Azure, AWS
• Supporting the sales & presales team to achieve their numbers & services.

About you: 

• Have 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience in distributed applications virtual machines, physical machines, application services, and containers to Azure, AWS public cloud;
• Experience with relational, graph, and/or unstructured data technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Data, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lake Formation
• Expert some specified services on Azure public cloud: SQL, Postgresql, Application gateway, Azure front door Load balancer, App service, Amazon S3, Elastic Compute, RDS, Cloudfront, Amazon VPC
• Software development full life-cycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries, and tools
• Knowledge and exposure to DevOps concepts and ability to design release pipelines for instrature and applications leveraging cloud-native services and open source/SaaS tools and services.
• Experience with microservices, container, Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon ECS
• Breadth of expertise in private and public Cloud Computing (i.e. Azure, AWS platform), technologies, and architectural best practices.
• Experience in distilling complex technical challenges to actionable decisions for stakeholders and guiding project teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry trends and standards
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills.

Preferable skills: 

• Experience in leading data center or cloud migration & application development projects.
• Breadth of experience across the Enterprise IT in multiple of the following areas: Infrastructure architecture; Database architecture; IP Networking; IT Security; Data Center Operations; Software design or development.
• Expert level technical acumen, including the ability to understand the customer IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles, ultimately influencing the adoption of Azure/AWS platform in conjunction with business requirements.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills; high degree of comfort with technical and Executive audiences.
