We’re looking for a Security Technical Specialist to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Services Sales team.  

Job Function:  

  • Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team and collaborate with them to win deals for new and existing customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs, security challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Work within our clients’ security team and leverage software from Microsoft, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, and other Cybersecurity solutions to address their business objectives.
  • Help design and orchestrate the implementation of customized security solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate Noventiq’s value proposition.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Services, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solutions design and delivery of security solutions.

What you’ll do:  

  • Work with Account Managers to find the best solution for each project and help them close sales with profitable and strategic deals.
  • Scope and gather customers' security requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver Proof-of-Concepts (POC) activities to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the security products and services.
  • Look for new business opportunities with existing or past clients and build long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Continuous upskilling on the latest cybersecurity technologies and get certified by the vendors and organizations that Noventiq is partnered with.
  • Showcase our platforms to clients with engaging demos and presentations.
  • Implement and improve platforms for clients, provide support and solutions, offer consulting services, prepare quotes, and manage projects within the company's standards and goals.
  • Review the sales plan with Account Managers, define the scope of the proposal, write the proposal document for the client, and be engaged until the project closure.

About you:  

  • Relevant qualification: either CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / MTA / MCSA / MCSE / MS 500
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of security solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Office 365 / M365 / EMS deployment and configuration
  • Experience working with some or all technologies below:
  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Azure Entra ID
  • Microsoft Intune  / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Microsoft Defender for O365 / Defender for Cloud / Defender for Endpoint
  • Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics
  • Microsoft Cloud App Security
  • Microsoft Information Protection / Microsoft Purview
  • Crowdstrike device protection and EDR
  • Fortinet end-to-end solutions
  • Log management / SIEM solutions such as QRadar, Splunk, LogRhythm.
